Cytomel

What is food and supplements are safe to consume with Cytomel.  I am actively trying to lose weight through diet and exercise and feel like I am fighting with a brick wall.  Very defeating!  I eat certain things or take different supplements, I get extreme reactions.  Please advise. . .

There is no food that interacts with thyroid meds....only issue is that absorption can sometimes be altered if the medication is taken with food.  Weight loss boils down to calories in and calories out -- cytomel will not likely help with weight.

I am weight training as part of my exercise routine.  I used to take Creatine drops to supplement my energy and endurance.  Now that I am on Cytomel, can I still do this? Finally, are there any safe fat burners and energy boosters that can be taken with Cytomel?
