Dental work and Synthroid

I have to have dental work done with a local anesthesia. Is it possible to have any type of reaction to the anesthesia from being on the Synthroid or having adrenal gland issues? I have heard that the local can speed up the heart and cause shakiness if you have untreated adrenal gland issues.

Unlikely, would not worry about the thyroid, but if you have un-diagnosed adrenal insufficiency, the stress of the procedure may be dangerous.
