I'm having extreem ear pain. I had 3 nodules on my thyroid, 2 were needle biopsy...benign. This ear pain is new. Dr. gave me script for nose spray and I broke out in large red welts on my breasts. The welts are cresent moon shaped. Does my earache have something to do with the thyroid? ... Thank you, Donna Berman

Probably. My ENT said my neck pain and my earache were all caused from inflammation due to my thyroid. The only thing is he did not say what could be done to help it. I had an RA screen and a Thyroid Peroxid, but he said they were normal and that was the end of that. I also have the inflammation in my feet and lower back and they all say due to my thyroid. But surely someone knows something that can help get rid of all of this or what is causing it other than your thyroid. One dr. did say that even though I was hypo there was still a reason behind all the inflammation and I needed someone to do a lot of blood work. Bloodwork that he isn't allowed to do. Like free T3 and T4
