Hair Sill Falling out *New test results*

Dear Dr.Lupo,

My hair started to fall out in early May.I have most  of the hypo symptoms so thats why it didnt make any sence to me when my family DR did the following tests -then tried to tell me I was hyperT .They then sent me to a endo specialist that re-did the tests.
(mid may tests)
T4-13.6 (NORMAL. RANGE.4.7 - 11.5)
T3 UPTAKE- 34.0 (NORMAL RANGE 24.2 - 34.2)
FTI-4.62 (NORMAL RANGE-1.68-3.80)

(tests re-done by my endo june 18th)
FT4- 1.19
FT3- 2.6
TSH-0.471
ANTIBODYS TEST-(TPO- 7) (antithyroglobulin-Less Than 20)
Also found out I have a small Goiter*

Before she re-did the tests she said my hair loss couldnt be a symptom of thryoid problem cause my numbers only seemed slightly off and I have more Hypo symptoms so they couldnt be thyroid related either. The new tests came back all in normal range (without meds) Iam still feeling awful most days and still losing my hair.As a last resort my DR. is now sending me to a dermatologist.I dont kknow what to think at this point? DO my results seem "healthy or normal" My Tsh is still on the low side and is my Free T3.Is this or the goiter anything I should worry about and investigate some more?Ive lost about half my hair so far and have had multipe blood tests still no answers.Could it still be my thryoid? endo wants to wait 3 months and re-check me.Wouldnt I benifit at all from a t4 or t3 drug? Iam a little freaked out esp. now when my dr. is aking me what I think is wrong.(I also eat good, exercise take vitamins Iam 28yo female in other wise good health)I do take birth control and asthma meds.

Your thyroid levels are normal, so this is not likely the cause of hair loss.  The dermatology evaluation is a good idea.  There are some more tests the dermatologist will likely do, but the most common cause of thinning hair is stress.

I was also curious what would make your tsh go low and then back up like mine has? is this normal?

dont know if i should mention the normal ranges to go along with the above test results -
Normal ranges-
For FT4  .60 - 1.50  ng/dl
For FT3   2.3 - 4.2 pg/ml
For TSH    .3 - 3.0

Can stress also cause fluctuations in the results? Iam wondering why in just a few weeks my tsh went back into the normal range? should I keep and eye on the goiter?

hi i also had hairloss due to the thyroid  what help me out was a recipe that my family gave out you may thing is crazy but this will help control the hair loss new hair to grow back. first step buy a clear shampoo like the brand suave use half a shampoo put it in empty bottle another shampoo buy biotin you can use 6 tablet 300mcg to 1000mcg is up to you put it in the bottle in the shampoo and add small  piece of onion in the shampoo and put  water fill it up and shake it let it settle for two week then start washing your hair. You may said that you hair is going to stink wrong the odor in your hair going to smell to the odor shampoo that why you put like four small pieces of onion. you can use any conditioner if you worry about the smell.
