Hypo or Hyper

I had the right lobe of my thyroid taken out about 4 years ago due to Hashimoto's and have been on 75 mg of Synthroid. I have been absolutely fine all 4 years. A week ago I felt lightheaded and it passed, then anxiety set in majorly. Every morning when I wake up I am very anxious and it last from varying degrees throughout the day. I vacillate from anxiety to depression from day to day. I have never had a problem with anxiety or depression.I am on day 8 and I feel a little better. I had blood work done and it was fine! My question: Could this be Hashitoxicosis? Would it not be picked up in blood work? What is the treatment? Thank you for any help.

The blood tests would detect a thyroid imbalance if the recent episode was due to a thyroid problem.
