I'm taking Levothyroxine and Cytomel. You will start to lose weight, but it will be very subtle. I was so hoping for some miraculous overnight weight loss, but it just doesn't happen that way. Are you eating right and exercising every day? You want to be sure to get some kind of cardio in ever day. I don't mean take an aerobics class, but do something to get your metabolism moving upward.
It works. Last year I went from 145 pounds to 126 pounds just by breathing in a specific way. I can't tell you how happy I was. It was the easiest weight loss I have ever had. I don't know if I can tell you exactly how to do it on here. It's something you kind of have to see. Let me know if you're interested. It'll help you feel better mentally if you're feeling foggy or depressed like I was.
You'll even notice changes in your skin. It's so wierd, but it's like magic to me. It certainly hasn't cured my Hashimoto's, but the benefits are great.
By the way, if your docs aren't finding the cysts, you need to see someone else or ask for another kind of test. Same with your thyroid.
Take care and I wish you the best of health and healing.
