Info website for Endocrine/thyroid - for patients

I came across this website. It's a good site (I think) for patients especially those whose doctors maybe haven't communicated well to them. Has basic info, and encouragement.

I'm leaving the board... to resume life once again... so far, I have hypo, evidentally not severe, and I'm hoping it stops there...I leave in  confidence and hope - that I'll find a medication that I can live with..... and that my christian G.P. will lead me the right way in treatment..... (or hook me up with someone who will if need be a specialist...)

I wanted to mention to visitors on this forum in addition to this endocrine site ( http://www.endocrineweb.com/index.html )... you may also consider natural alternatives to your health searches... for I know many folks who have had much success with a variety of more holistic medicine if you will (homeopathics, osteopathics, etc)... in fact, my old boss... who was diagnosed with cervical cancer when she was only 19... literally was 3 years cancer free when I knew her...and she had refused traditional treatment other than snipping pieces of her cervix out (rather freezing I believe..)... she followed the advice in a book called Womens Bodies, Womens Wisdom (something like that, by Chistian Northrup, MD)...used those vitamins and herbs in it..(I have no affiliation and have not read the book - yet, but I intend to, soon..) So... what I'm saying is... there are many many options to people from traditional medicine to natural treatment and lifestyle.  Don't give up.

I have 3 words in my departure... Jesus, Jesus, Jesus :)
Bye all.
