I am having several HYPO symptoms and was even diagnosed as a child with Hypo and can't remember why I have not taken meds since I was younger.

FT3 0.9 (1.7 -3.7) Scale
FT4 0.9 (0.7 - 1.9)
TSH 2.19 (0.3 -5.0)

LDL 95  (Goal less then 100)

The Free T3 of 0.9 is abnormally low - else this is essentially normal.  Would repeat the levels.

Many patients have symptoms suggestive of hypothyroidism but no evidence on labs of thyroid dysfunction -- this underscores the fact that other illnesses/conditions cause similiar symptoms.

I feel there's something wrong with the tests. I was tested for five years and always normal. When I finally forced a doctor to check my thyroid again with an ultrasound then a MRI they found I had cancer and large tumor on my thyroid (this was after I'd had the other side out). Had the rest of my thyroid out in July 06. Start demanding better tests and don't take what your doctor says as gospel.
