I need help! cause my GP sure isnt any, I have a 8cm domanit mass on left lower pole right is also enlarged 6cm. All blood test including uptake are normal. Dr. sent me aletter stateing uptake normal today and thats it no follow-up nothing! So what i just let this thing keep growing? I do have some compression symptoms that he is aware of. I took upon myself to make a app. with endo. cant get in untill NOV.1 I am also having a lot of werid symptom that no one can figure out- swollen lymph node painless under armpit swollen fingers , nodule on knuckles,low energy body aches and pains. Tested for lupus,rheumatoid all normal.

HI HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT CONSULTING WITH A SURGEON?WHAT TYPE OF TEST DID THEY DO TO FIND THE GOITER?HAVE THEY DONE A CAT SCAN?IF NOT IT NEEDS TO DONE IT WOULD SHOW MORE,OR AN MRI SCAN OF YOUR NECK.ONE OF THEM NEEDS TO DONE MOST DEFINITELY,BEFORE NOV.1st.YOU SHOULD NOT NEED A REFERALL TO SEE A SURGEON,THE REASON I SAY A SURGEON IS BECAUSE OF THE SIZE.YOU NEED A SECOND OPPINION,AND IT NEEDS TO DONE BY A SURGEON.START LOOKING FOR ONE TOMORROW ALL SO HAVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS HELP YOU.IT IS IMPORTANT THOUGH THAT YOU FIND ONE THAT HAS DONE THYROID REMOVAL IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY.LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING.HAVE FAITH GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.TNT406

Thank you! for responding really its very frustrating, I have not had a MRI or CAT scan so I will definitly look in to that ASAP. Also I will call a surgeon i really had no idea that I could just go see one I thought you had to be referred. You have been alot help ! god bless I will let you know thanks!
