Low TSH normal iodine scan

Hi Doctor,
As part of my regular physicl, my blood test showed low TSH, 0.23, normal T4. My doctors sent me for an iodine scan - and my uptake turned out normal - 4 hour uptake 9%, 24 hours 21%, both lobes homogeneous - small nodules - conclusion: essentially normal exam. I also did blood test for antibodies - and they came normal.
Could I still have cancer?

Small chance of cancer in this setting.
Would usually repeat TSH in about 6 weeks to see if it is still slightly low.
Ultrasound is best for nodule evaluation if you havenot had one already.
