Thank you Dr.Mark,I will remember to use a thread the next time.I just want to start feeling better again,I know I have a long ways to go,but this is a start for me.Now all I have to do fix is my brain,my right arm will start jerking and my right leg.I all so told my neurologist that this morning. She is concerned that my blood clot might be bleeding when my right side is jerking.Because my blood clot is on left side of my brain.Sorry to bore you,I know your not a neurologist I guess I am just scared.Thank you Dr.Mark for your help.TNT406

Did they ever determine why you have had a stroke and heart attack at such a young age?  I would be reluctant to attribute this to high cholesterol or hypothyroidism.  Remind me - are you on blood thinners?

Hi no I am not on blood thinners. Why wouldn't the thyroid be causing my problems?Doesn't the thyroid control most of organs in the body? With my young age, wouldn't it be worth looking into if I where your patient?I don't know if you read my other post or not.I have other things going on more so now that are pointing to my thyroid. My hair is becoming more thinner,I am trying to lose weight,my cardiologist is wanting me to lose weight by the time I see her.I weigh 160 pounds,I'm 5'4.My cardiologist is wanting me to weigh 130.She said that would be a healthy weight for me.I am just so confused right now.Any more help would be greatly appreciated it.Tnt406

Hi, glad that you're getting somewhere. You've really had it rough. It's bad though, that you got somewhere because of a lab mistake. I wish my problems were due to that.I think that it's really just a bad case of not being able to have a dr. who knows about thyroid problems, etc. Take care.
