No change after 6 weeks

My TSH levels six weeks ago were 11.1, and ft4 was 1.18 ft3 was 366. Now I was on 137mcg and I had my test done again the other day and TSH was 11.5 FT4 was 1.1, and FT3 was 366. I was upgraded to 150mcg. Does this seem normal. I had started 5 months ago with a TSH of 118 on 100mcg, then drop to TSH of 60 on 125mcg, then it went down to 11.1 on the 137mcg. And did not change for the following 6 weeks. My thyroid is totally removed and still having symtems of brain fog and fatige, My b-12 level is 389 aswell. So what Im saying is 137mcg did not change a thing for 12 weeks. They have me on B-12 injections once a month also.

Sounds like 137 is not enough -- or that you received a generic/different brand so there was not a true increase in the dose going from 125 to 137.  Would keep on consistent source (easiest to use a brand to do this) of levothyroxine and likely increase to 150mcg based on what you describe.
