Also, if you can include the normal ranges for those results, it will help him answer better about your medication need or not.
I will say that your TPO and TG antibodies are elevated because that is above the range, by any lab's standards, especially the one that's over 900! THat looks pretty definate for Hashi's disease but your hormones may not be affected enough yet to cause hypo symptoms. With your antibodies so high, you'll have to monitor close or may already need hormone medication.
My antibodies were similar in range to yours:
TG ABs: "537" (range <40)
TPO ABs: "84" (range <35)
My TSH however was elevated at: "8.3" (range 0.5 to 4.82) and my T-3 Uptake was two points below normal. My other thyroid hormones were all in lower half of normal and I was having significant hypothyroid symptoms!
