Hi Doctor~

I was wondering if you have seen people who feel better when their TSH is >1. It seems the higher the Synthroid dose and the lower the TSH, the more weight I gain. What would be the highest that the TSH should go. Thanks for your advice.

yes, some people seem to do better with TSH even around 4 -- most do best around 1, but there are exceptions.
