Thyroid Levels

Hi Dr. Lupo.  My current levels are as follows.

TSH 2.1 (.35 - 5.5)
Free T3   3 (2.3-4.2)
Free T4   .96 (.61-1.76)

I am still having some hypo symptoms.  I take 75 mg Synthroid and 5 mcg of Cytomel twice a day.  My question is:  Do I have room for an increase in meds and  how do you know which medicine to increase when you take both (Synthroid & Cytomel).  Thank you for your input.

There is not likely room for improvement -- studies have shown that "fine tuning" w/i the target range (0.35 - 2.5 for your lab) does not help most people.
