Thyroid

I just recently found out I have no left lobe of thyroid.I was born with spinal curvature, heart murmur and low birth weight.. I have been so fatigued for years since the birth of my 4th child which I suffered injured bladder, sepsis and meningitis. After years of pain and fatigue and begging for thyroid test and being diagnose with Fibromyalgia and CFS   and unable to lose the baby fat like I so easily did with the first 3. I suffered    from a bad root canal  that was misdiagnosed as trigeneral nueralgia I went in for some trigger injections in the back from muscular pain from the oxycarbazine and mentioned my right sternomastoid muscle was hurting. I was told this was connected to jaw which I said had been numb, he also did a neck epidural that has caused horrible pain. MY muscle and jaw swelled a week later and was put on antibiotics by doctor and later oral surgeon to no avail. Finally had a Ct at er .tests results and said status post section of left thyroid with triangle  anterior small lymph nodes on jugular. Tests were ran and my TSH was 0.35,  T4 was low, A MRI was run , several nodules were found on right lobe largest 8 mm. I have lost 30 pounds and still experiencing swelling, extreme fatigue and hoarseness and difficulty swallowing. They just put me on Synthroid .50 and said see you in 3 months. I cant even move my neck cause after the steroid injection my shoulders swelled in 1 day and have 2 huge abscess.. 6 years ago my TSH were around .29 at the lowest . The MRI suggested a sono of thyroid but doctor say wait 3 months. I feel a huge knot where the left lobe is missing and several lymph nodes but the internalist says its just muscle..  Am being treated right with Synthroid even with a history of low TSH  and missing lobe? What do you suggest? Learned my calcium has been low for years and vitamin D level is 19. Also having severe dry eyes and floaters.Severe dental decay too have to extract a lot of teethand gum disease.

Would see an endocrinologist.
With a low T4 and lowish TSH -- one must consider pituitary problems.
Ultrasound is better than MRI for thyroid evaluation.
