antithyroglobulin results

I am a 34 year old female, 5'5'' and 110 lbs.  I have had a number of thyoid tests done over the years by various providers who were concerned about what they thought was an enlarged thyroid (GYN and Primary care) - I eventually saw an endo who also ran a bunch of tests, at that time my TSH was in the elevated range according to the new guidelines (in the 2.5 range), but he did not want to treat.  Since then I have a new primary care and she ran more tests.  My symptoms range from feeling tired and sluggish, low mood, to anxious, and excessive perspiration - the endo prescribed Drysol because the sweating gets so bad.  Also, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 7 months, with no luck, I'm wondering if perhaps this could eb due to thyroid problems?
My most recent lab work shows TSH 2.480, T4 7.2, T3 134, TPO <10, and Antithyroglobulin Ab 189.  It seems everything is within "normal" raneg except the antithyroglobulin which seems elevated.  Could I have Hashimotos or Graves disease?  Any help is appreciated.

You may have hashi -- if you are TTC with positive Tg-Ab, there is evidence that levothyroxine treatment may help.  I am not sure the other symptoms are related to thyroid, but the infertility & positive Tg-Ab alone warrants treatment and then you would see if there is any benefit of levothyroxine (ie synthroid type med) for those symptoms alone.
