extremely high tsh level, 7 weeks pregnant

I have Hashi and am 7 weeks pregnant.  I just got my TSH level checked and it was 23!  Doctor put me on 125 Levothyroxine (I was on 88).   I feel great, but should I be worried about miscarriage?  is it normal for my tsh level to go up that much in first trimester?

It is normal for the dose to go up by 25-50% during pregnancy.  The dose increase was appropriate and overall, with close monitoring (every 4-5 weeks), the risk is low.
