First thank for the answer!!!When I was 25 y/o my dr. notice a goiter ,blood test was normal, u/s 2 small nodules. After my 2nd baby (29 y/o)TSH 18 T3 T4 normal thyroid ab high u/s multi nodular goiter. I use levoxyl since my high tsh .They repeat the u/s 6 mo later 2 nodules bigger and a new one bigger than the other.Six month  later an FNA u/s guided was made.My dr never said nothing about and I move.My new dr do an other u/s the person who make the u/s said is difficult to know if real there bigger or new nodules because I have a very  damage tissue. Now (32Y/O)my TPO 9831 (0-34)antithyroglobulin AB 38 (0-40).My question is  high TPO and normal antithyroglobulin AB suggest no malignancy?I have nodules before hashimotos is possible hashimoto`s make the nodule grow?Is possible they don`t notice changes because thinks are pseudo nodules ?.I have an aunt with thyroid cancer.                     THANKS !!!!!

The blood tests cannot predict benign vs cancer.

Hashimoto's (thigh high TPO ab) can cause a tough ultrasound read as it is very irregular and the possibility of pseudonodules comes up.  An experienced thyroid specialist can usually determine which regions are in need of biopsy and it seems important to get the prior FNA result and consider repeat FNA of any area in question.
