If it is hyperparathyroidism, then surgery to remove the tumour is appropriate. Avoid excessive calcium, but conversely do not avoid all calcium as this may worsen osteoporosis associated with hyperpara -- so an intake of 700-1000mg/day total (diet + supplement) is probably fine.
The ACTH seems low but I am not sure what the canadian cortisol of 700 means -- if that is high, then this could be Cushings Syndrome but usually the DHEA is high in these cases.
If the testosterone is low - check Prolactin, FSH and LH to see if there is a pituitary problem -- often low testosterone is of uncertain etiology, but replacing this hormone may be beneficial.
DHEA has been tested a bunch of times and is always about 1. Scale
usually starts at about 2.5 or 3.
Free Test has been about 8, scale here usually starts about 25.
Andro is almost mid-way.
ACTH less than 2 in morning as mentioned.
And the PTH was about 10, scale I believe ends normal range at 6.
Calcium range on high end is 2.55, I have been about 2.40
Nobody has tested Estrogens, they refuse.
My Free T4, T3 and sometimes TSH vary wildly. Sometimes T4 is very low.
TPO usually 80, AntiTG usually 6000.
Magnesium normal
All liver enzymes, normal. CBC show waxing and waning anemia.
B-12/folate all high. CK always high, but not extremely. Sed rate keeps
increasing. Glucose steady normal. Anti-ENA screen negative. ANA weak
positive mixed pattern. Had Eosinophelia recently. Had Leukopenia a few yrs.
