t3 - 2.240   nml/L
t4 - 132.600 nml/L
tsh - 0.005 uIU/ml
ft3 - 8.16  pmo1/L
ft4 - 25.83 pmo1/L

Without reference ranges for the t4 and t3 levels, it is tough -- but these levels appear high and the TSH low -- so this is HYPERthryoidism.

Further evaluation might include an I-123 uptake & scan, an ultrasound with color doppler blood flow and/or thyroid antibodies including TSH-Receptor Ab level as well as ESR.  These tests sort out the cause of the hyperthyroidism and then the treatment options can be discussed.

If I only had one test I could do, probably the I-123 uptake and scan would give the most info....
