hypothyrodism

I was recently in the hospital with all heart related tests including stress test - they ruled out my heart and said I have pypothyrodism TSH 5.78 and FT4 .63.  I went in with BP 190/99 with pressure in my chest.  I still have pressure in my chest - bad at times and pulse goes to 95 with the top number of my bp elevated.  I am taking synthroid 50 mcg.  Is pressure in the chest and elevated bp and heart rate high one of the symptoms of hypothyrodism

The hypothyroidism is mild based on numbers given.  Treating it is reasonable, but difficult to definitively conclude that the elevated BP and chest pressure are due to thyroid.
