I started taking thyodine with my levoxyl in the morning.  I seem to feel a little better and lost 6 pounds.  I ran out and haven't bought another bottle.  Just wondering if the iodine was what really made the improvement.  I am feeling tired again but have also been working a lot.  Do you have cases that iodine was a benefit with hypothyroidism?

iodine may be a benefit -- if iodine deficiency was the cause of the hypothyroidism.  More likely, the levothyroxine (active ingredient of Levoxyl) was why you began to feel better; not the iodine that is also in the levoxyl.
