I don't think the thyroid is contributing to symptoms or cholesterol.  FNA is useful to confirm HASHI so if the FNA did not show hashi changes, then the negative TPO Ab is probably accurate that you don't have hashi.  Could also check Thyroglobulin Ab to confrim.  The nodules should be followed by serial ultrasound at 6 month intervals.  Thyroid meds are not indicated at this time -- with the possible exception of positive Tg Ab and/or an attempt to "suppress" the nodules.

Thanks for your time- the FNBiopsy came back "benign"- but I don't have the lab results that show what they found in the nodules yet-

I will ask endo to test hormones, and T-ab when he orders my next thyroid bloodwork- i do go back and forth between hypo and hyper symptoms- but i always thought it to be hormones?- maybe my thyroid is in the slow process of failing- i have always caught things early

I appreciate the quick response- its strange to have symptoms that can be so many things- trying to treat my body better and hopefully the right diagnosis will surface through!
