Hi! I recently changed my Synthroid dose from 137 mcg to 120 mcg. I had my thryoid completely removed in '98 due to thryoid cancer. I had been feeling very hyperthryoid prior to dose adjustment, not these symptoms have improved. My problem though is that I become extremely fatigued quickly! I seem to need to rest after all activity. Could this just be my body adjusting to the new dosage? I am due to have my thryoid level rechecked in 4 wks. Thanks!

This may be an adjustment -- give it some more time and see what the levels show in 4 (now 3!) weeks.
