You need to work with an endocrinologist to see if the hormone levels are appropriate.  The neurosurgeon is less likely to test hormones.

Hi,
sorry you are feeling so bad.

Possibly you are now hypopituitary after the surgery.

You definitely need full assessment by an endocrinologist and treatment.  This is very important.

There is a yahoo group for people who are hypopituitary.  The group is called teh Hypopituitary Alliance.  It is a small group and they are very supportive.  You need to go to the group and post to the moderator telling your story and they will let you join the group.

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/thehypopituitaryalliance/

Please do join the people there have had similar problems and can offer support and recommendations on how to find a good doctor who will work with you.
