my wife for past week has had severe swelling all over, but mainly on both thighs and ankles. she has had an ultrasound to check veins and blood flow, which is normal and also had blood tests again normal, 2mrw going for liver and thyroid blood test. Dr says this is all tests involving swellings,if tests 2mrw are normal then we are all baffled. it is not painfull but swelling is very severe. can u give me any help on this. she is 38yrs and a smoker.
