thyroid problem and invitro-fertilization

Hello, I have hashimoto's thyroiditis and I am on 50mcg of synthroid, it is under control. I have had my levels checked twice lately to make sure I am good to move forward with the invitro-fertilization. I just got my box in the mail yesterday with all of my medications that I am to take for the invitro. One of the medications is called follistim. The information for the follistim said to make sure your doctor is aware of any thyroid problem before using. I was just wondering if it is safe to be taking the follistim if I have a thyroid problem. I know I informed my doctor that is working with me about my thyroid problem, but now I'm stressing myself out about this and I won't be in to see my doctor for several days. I was hoping maybe you would have an answer for me. Thank you.

I don't know of  a problem as long as the thyroid function stays normal - but would discuss with your infertility doc as well..
