First I want to thank you so much for answering my questions.  Based on you comment of the Hashimotos Thyroiditis.  What does one do if the bw does not show anything but I feel awfull.  I know I am depresssed and I know my body temperature is weird.  Somedays I feel very hot and I have sweats around the back of my neck.  I have trouble swalling sometimes I often schock on my own saliva.  I am 32 years old and for the past three years after the birth of my second child I have never been the same person.  I am tired all the time and I do not feel up to doing nothing.  No matter what I do I can not loose weight and it really bothers me.  I have booked an appointment to see an endo and I hope she can help me because I feel lost and very confused with all of this.  One more symptom that I noticed latelly is that I forget things easily or I do not remember things I just did that I have to think hard on what I did and that makes me really exausted.

make sure the thyroid antibodies are tested and with the swallowing issues check a thyroid ultrasound --  these would exclude thyroid as the cause.

Hopefully the endocrinologist can help you -- other common diagnoses with these symptoms include insulin resistance, heartburn/reflux and mood disorders -- again, these are the common causes and there may be some more atypical causes the endo can help sort through with you.
