tsh level on thyroid enlargement

hello doctor mark..my name is antonella. id like ask you an question..on june i did scan on my tiroide because i can see slight enalargement on my neck. i got multinodular thyroid...my blood test on july has comeback normal..(ft3 3,33....ft4 0,98....tsh 1,020...)
now i repeat the test and the tsh was 0,4...this is the only test they did...the doctor say its fine...wath do you think...thanks lot to you answer

The levels are normal - would repeat 1-2x/year to ensure stable.  No meds needed.

Some nodules need FNA biopsy -- talk to your doctor to determine if a thyroid nodule biopsy is needed to make certain this is a benign multinodular thyroid.
