I am complaning of high TSH 6.2 and high cholesterol level 248 HDL 44 & LDL 181 and i also have generalized enlarged LNs back bain ,gynecomastia,body hair is a female pattern

The TSH should be repeated 5-6 weeks after initial, if still high then levothyroxine may be considered especially with the high cholesterol, however the cholesterol is not likely entirely due to hypothyroidism.  Gynecomastia is not typically seen with this mild of a thyroid abnormality - this may need further evaluation (ie, testosterone level, review of current medications, etc).
