Both lobes were approx 6.5 x 1.9 x 1.9
Varying times varying nodules - presently largest 2.3cm on isthmus
Been on Synthyroid for 10 years
TSH 0.77
Is it time for thyroidectomy
Gaggy feeling most of the time - careful to chew food well or it gets stuck

If the compressive symptoms are likely coming from the nodular goiter, then thyroid surgery may be indicated. If trouble swallowing is main symptom, consider a barium swallow (x-ray) to confirm it is from the thyroid enlargement (and not GERD or other).
