Hashimotos confusion

Hi,

I'm very confused. I don't know what to do about my thyroid imbalance, and my endo has not been very helpful in helping me understand what is going on with my body. I am 39 years old, was diagnosed with hashimotos three years ago, and ever since, my TSH is hyperthyroid, while my T3 and T4 usually show hypothyroid ranges.

I am beyond exhausted and having trouble functioning. In the last five weeks, I have gained 7 pounds, which is a lot for my small frame, but it's just one of the many symptoms I have experienced. I am currently taking a 90 Armour and 50 Tirosint. My labs say I'm subclinical hyperthyroid, but I feel very thyroid.

Here are my most recent lab results. Please let me know how you would read these--for instance, do you think I hypo or hyper, and what would you recommend re: medicine increase or decrease? Or maybe you agree?

TSH                         0.17
Free T3, total            77 (85-185ng/dL)
Free T4, total            5.3 (4.9-11.4mcg/dL)

Decrease the medication dosage, would recommend Tirosint (at a dose of perhaps 125 µg) alone without the Armour Thyroid.  Talk to your doctor about this more.
