Hyperthyroidism & Complex Cysts

I am a 29 year old female.  I have been having dizziness, palpatations among other symptoms for the past 5 months.  I have been through a range of tests.  My TSH is at a .11, they also found 2 complex cysts on my right lobe on Friday.  They measure .5 x .4 cm and .3 x .3 cm.  My thyroid measures- right lobe 4.6 x 1.8 x 1.6 cm and the left is 4.4 x 1.5 x 1.9 cm.  Are these cysts a cause for concern?

The complex cysts are small (by description, but only 2 of 3 dimensions reported) -- the TSH is slighly low and you should focus more on the hyperthyroidism than the small cysts -- ie, confirm if this is Graves' and consider medication to normalize TSH to see if you feel better.
