Hypoechoic heterogenous noudle

I recently had a thryoid u/s and the results were as follows:
0.3 x 0.2 cm hypoechoic non vasular nodule right lobe. A faint 0.8 x 0.4 cm hypoechoic noudle with slight perinodular flow right lobe. 1.0 x 0.9 cm hypoechoic heterogeneous nodule with intranodular flow left lobe.  Mildly enlarged hypoechoic bilateral thyroid lobes.
Should I be concered? Everything I have read leads me to believe yes. I can't get into see the Endo dr until the 21st of Dec. I would like ANY information someone might have. Good or bad. PLEASE!!!

These are relatively small nodules, the probability of malignancy is 5-10% at most.  The description is overall low risk, hopefully the ultrasound can be done again by the endocrinologist in his/her office to make a better determination on whether or not biopsies needed.  Certainly correlating with TSH, T4 and thyroid antibodies would be part of the workup.
