Hypothroid ttc

Hi my wife had tsh 6.3 three months back .My doc started with dose of 50 mcg , and then to  75 mcg of throxine sodium..
Her tsh is now 0.67 .
Free T4 is 1.23 (lab range 0.8 to 1.8)
What should be her dose now , as we are ttc ... I am worried this high dose might make her hyperthroid ..Should we lower the dose to may be 25 mcg , and see if it remains stable ?

Sorry about the delay, I must have missed this question.  It looks like the TSH is perfect currently, usually we target a TSH in the low normal range for pregnancy.  Close monitoring during pregnancy is indicated.
