"Normal" blood work and swelling

What could cause hypo symptoms in a 16 year old with "normal" blood work? (TSH 2.54, FT3 336 [Range 287-455] FT4 .85 [.58-1.26] )
My thyroid doctor also found some swelling in right side of my neck and I'm getting an ultrasound on Wednesday. The swelling spreads all the way to the right lymph node in my neck .Is it possible that it's autoimmune? I'm hoping if it is, the ultrasound will show it. I've never had any blood work testing for Hashi's.

Thank you :)

It's possible Hashi - would test TPO antibodies.
The ultrasound is a good idea.
"hypo symptoms" are very nonspecific - the list of possible causes is quite long...
