PARATHYROID.COM - INCONCLUSIVE TESTS

Hi am a a48 year old female with symptoms that sound like parathyroid disease on parathyroid.com - hair loss, irritable and memory fog being the worst.  
Vitamin D 25-OH D2 = < 4 ng/mL
25-OH D3 23 = ng/mL
Dr prescribed prescription Vitamin D
Thyroid Antibodies = 54
Calcium = 10.20 (last couple of years it has been on the highest end of normal range)
Parathyroid Intact = 52.90
FSH = 39.3
Cortisol = 19.2
Creatinine = 1.8

i also have a small adrenal non cancerous tumor they have been watching - found it on ultrasound when I had a hysterectomy, told me it was nothing

From the parathyroid website, it may be parathyroid but before I spend the money on this "diagnosis" I would like some thoughts - anyone use this Dr before.  My Dr says I am well except for the low vitamin D.

IF low vitamin D were the primary problem, the Calcium would be LOW (not 10.2).  So this is primary hyperparathyroidism most likely.
With the adrenal lump, need to test for excess adrenal hormone (especially to exclude pheochromocytoma which is rare but sometimes associated with parathryoid disease)

I know it is hard to   find a doctor that does enough of the minimally invasive surgery  for hyper parathyroidism   to be an "expert".  I just got back from NYC where   Dr. William Inabnet    did my surgery and he was fabulous.   Good bedside manner,  good staff, I went out to lunch the day of the surgery after I left the hospital.
