RAI or No RAI

I read Dr. Lupo's answer to Justin1967's question RAI or not? where Dr. Lupo mentioned some data from Johns Hopkins "suggesting the biology of multifocal tumors are more aggressive and I-131 should be given".  Would you tell me where I could read such reports in more details?  I am trying to make the same decision - RAI or not?

I am 61 years old, had TT in August with 3 tumors (.5 cm, .7 cm and 1 cm), staged pT1aN0.  Two of my parathyroids were removed by accident, and the other 2 are non-functioning at the moment (possibly forever).  Could you point me to any research on a)  recurrence / survival rate with RAI vs no RAI and  b)  rate of salivary gland damage due to RAI-131 treatment?

Thank you.
