I will getting my RAI treatment the 21st of this month. The dose is 150. On the internet I read somewhere that later in years you can get leukemia. I called my suregeon and he informed I'm not in danger of that. How high of dosage can you get this?

this is not seen in 150mCi doses -- usually no concern until >500-600mCi (cummulative over several doses)

I back from my treatment. Will get a body I-131 body scan in 10 days. When I was in the treatmnet room they had a diary book and some of the patients was coming back for another treatment. Is this true?
