Thyroid cancer, now heterogeneous lympocytes

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer 3 years ago and had a thyroidectomy.  My scan 1 1/2 years ago was normal, so am cancer free.  My TSH and T3 and T4 are okay, too.  However, I have had large lymph nodes in my neck over the last 6 months and have been extremely tired.  They did an ultrasound-guided biopsy on one of fthe lymph nodes and it came back with no thyroid cancer, but heterogeneous lymphocytes.  Exactly what does this mean and should I be concerned?  And what about my fatigue.  I can't even get through a day anymore.

Oh, I am so glad you posted! I am to the point of being bedridden because I'm so tired. I can't do much of anything. I have assisted care, if that tells you anything, and I am 35. I don't know much of what you are talking about. I have been doing research on my own for yrs. I get routine bld work done, that's all they do for me. I know there is something going on. I really want to know what your situation is and what docs you had seen. What's with the lymphocytes? I don't understand. How did they know to run a scan? Thanks for info.
