can you please help me with these results?

Right side - 1.4 cm solitary, solid, cold - the results: follicular groups with scattered microfolllicles, colloid and rare macrophages. Consistent with atypical follicular lesion (unkown significance)

Left side - .8cm, soild, multiple, cystic - the results: follicular cell groups, lymphocytes and colloid consistent with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis.

I have been diagnosed with hashimotos. Can you please help me understand these? They are recommending and excisional biopsy on the right side.

Would consider having slides from right side sent to an expert for second opinion before having surgery for this "indeterminate" result.
