hasitoxicosis

My daughter Sara is a patient of yours & we where just there a couple of months ago.  Well, Sara is sick again & her general practitioner suspects it could be hashitoxicosis.  Because of her elevated heart rate & other symptoms.  I worry if they start changing her Synthroid dosage.  Please, please let me know what we should do.  Sara has suffered from birth from chronic ear/sinus & other illness's & I really want her  to be tested for primary immunodeficiency disorder, because she is sick again.  Her doctor too thought it would be a good idea, but it would be best if we went to a "teaching" hospital for this kind of test.  Also, she has lost more of her hearing.   I wish we lived closure to your office!   What she would we do about the thyroid?  We have had to go to a different GP, because the one she has been going to for the past 2 years no longer accepts our insurance.  I hopes this all makes sense, I'm rushed .....
