slightly high t3, but normal tsh and t4

Good day! I am so confused if i have a thyroid problem with a slightly high t3 but normal tsh and t4. I do have trouble in sleeping, palpitation, tight feeling in my chest and neck, but i have a normal thyroid ultrasound. I have also the feeling of anxiety and muscle pain (particularly in my back and shoulders). I hope you will help me. Thanks in advance!

An isolated elevated T3 is not likely a thyroid problem.  Would retest with a free or total T3 (depending on what the initial T3 was) or use a different lab to confirm that an isolated elevated T3 is indeed present.  Typically if TSH and T4 are normal, an isolated T3 elevation or abnormality is not clinically significant or diagnostic of a thyroid dysfunction.
