swollen lymph nodes

Hi I am a seventeen year old girl called Sonia. From the age of two I've had one inflamed lymph node which developed when I had gastroenteritis. From then until now I have 7 more inflamed lymph nodes and they are constantly growing and more keep showing up. At first they didn't hurt however within the past year they've been hurting a lot. I've been to the doctor many times and I've had multiple biopsys, scans and blood tests. My doctor told me that he didn't know what was causing it, however when he saw my tattoo he said it was because of that, and keeps finding excuses for what it could be. In the past year I have also had a rapid unexplained weight loss, I feel tired all the time, I get really bad migraines everyday and seem to have problems breathing. They have now refered me to a specialist, but does anyone have any idea what it could be? Thankyou!

This is not likely a thyroid issue.  It is good that you're going to see a specialist about these lymph nodes.
