thyroid ultrasound

My findings during my ultrasound on my thyroid is:
The right lobe measures 4.9 X1.5X1.8cm
The left lobe measures 4.7X1.5X1.7cm
isthmus measures 0.3cm diameter

a cystic focus measuring 0.3X 0.2 cm in seen in the right upper pole.
An ovoid solid nodule measuring 0.6 x 0.3 cm is seen along the junction of the isthmus and left
lobe.Parenchymal echogenity and vascularity are otherwise within normal.

No cervical nodes seen.

IS THAT FINDINGS DANGEROUS?

Your description is most consistent with a normal size thyroid with a few small appearing nodules that can be followed with ultrasound in 6-12 months.  Usually biopsy would not be indicated for this situation.
