is it possible to have thyroid cancer without having thyroid noduals?

Yes, though it is possible to have a thyroid cancer without well defined nodules, nodules is the most common presentation.

exactly.  If you are concerned about thyroid cancer, may i ask why?  what was it that prompted this concern?   Did you have a sonogram?   The best way to completely rule it out would be with a biopsy.  Either fine needle or full core biopsy.  But if you are concerned, please express why.  thanks
