? on lab results

I'm not all that sure what the "normal" range is.  My resent TSH test was 0.21. Is this normal? I looked at my chart online, but Dr hasn't called to say if it was ok or not. I'm on 100 mcg.

If this was the only thyroid test that was done, then the doctor will probably tell you that you are subclinical hyperthyroid, because the TSH is below the reference range.  What's much more important than the TSH test is how you feel.  Symptoms are most important.  Do you have any symptoms that would confirm hyperthyroidism, or do you still have symptoms of hypothyroidism that resulted in you being on meds in the first place?

Of much more importance than TSH would be tests for free T3 and free T4 levels.  These are thyroid hormones that largely regulate metabolism and many other body functions.  Free T3 is the most important since it is four times as potent as free T4.  Free T3 also correlates best with hypo symptoms.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that does not correlate well at all with hypo symptoms.  My opinion is that the best approach is to treat a patient's symptoms by testing and adjusting free T3 and free T4 levels with medication as required to relieve those symptoms.

So, dependent on whether you have hyper symptoms currently,  if I were you I would not want to change the med dosage without testing for the "Frees".  If your doctor is receptive to this, fine.  If not, you may have to insist.
