12 year old

My daughter is 12 and from the time she was 4 she has remained sick. She had severe eczema so bad that she kept staph infections. She stayed tired all the time, complains of muscle pains, and sore throat. Finally 3 years ago the infection in her skin was so bad they thought she had Toxic Shock. This was when a doctor finally seen that her thyroid had been slightly low for over 3 years. So she was put on thyroid medications and there was improvement in her skin. NO MORE INFECTIONS. But she complains of stomach pains and a family doctor was concerned about the number, he since us to a gast..specialist. WE go today. I don't know she complains of cold feet, hands, stomach pain, muscle pain, her skin is so dry, her eyes are red around the lids, throat pain, she feels bad all the time, and her hair looks like someone who has treatment after treatment, so dry and breaks off in the front. She is Mexican and native american and white her hair should be long and good condition. The nurse said her lymphs are high but that could just be a cold or something. Something is wrong. We are military and the the treatment sometimes too fast and the doctors are understaffed. I wish my baby could feel good. She is growing some now and her learning is great. But she does tell me she has a hard time focusing and forgets sometimes. Odd things for a 12 year old to be saying.  I'll get all the numbers to share today. But any ideas out there. I'm scared as a mother I know something is wrong.
