1st tests since medication

I am not completely confident with my internists ability to treat my newly diognosised hypothyroid.  He has me on levoxyl 50 mcg, at 6 weeks he is having the bloodwork retested but only requests T4  FREE and TSH.  Is this thourough enough?

According to some, you should be retested in about 2 weeks. If your dosage is not moved up soon enough, if needed, it will make you feel a whole lot worst.

maybe AR can explain it to you in more detail. He is great at that....
